Premier Association Management Update
Hello LVP Community!
We are pleased to announce that our new management company, Premier Association Management (“Premier”), will commence operations on July 1, 2024. This transition brings a fresh perspective to our community, and we anticipate significant improvements in management services.
We anticipate that Premier will enhance communication, improve follow-up procedures, and assist in maintaining our community standards through the enforcement of our covenants. This approach aims to protect and potentially increase property values within LVP.
Key points to note:
Community Portal:
Premier will establish our new community portal after the official start date.
Electronic payment setup will be available from July 1, 2024.
Premier will distribute letters with detailed payment instructions shortly.
Payment Processing:
If your June payment to Triad has not processed, you may remit it to Premier in July without incurring late fees.
Existing credit balances or outstanding amounts with Triad will transfer to Premier.
Please allow 1-2 weeks after July 1 for Premier to accurately reflect account balances, as Triad will close their books on June 30.
Report any discrepancies to Premier after mid-July.

a. ACH (No fee)
b. Credit Card (3.5% fee)
c. E-Check ($2.99 per transaction)
d. Bill Pay through your bank (No fee, requires Premier account number)
e. Manual Check (No fee, include account number and coupon)
